Based on Policy: For example, depending on the contract, there can be service level billing impacts or penalties
associated with missed service levels for some or all contracted services. Billing impacts may vary depending on
responsibility for missed service levels, that is, service provider, customer or third party.
Determine the financial penalty impact caused by the service provider failing to attain the prescribed level of
service. The application of penalties and the method for calculation is described in the contract.
Forward the service level billing impact information to appropriate parties for processing.
