Main Description

Keep track of how the change is progressing throughout its lifecycle, from submission to closure. Periodically receive feedback about the implementation of the change. Intervene if necessary to cause the change to progress. If the change is rejected, ensure that there is a satisfactory reason for its rejection. 

If the resolution is unsuccessful, then the problem solution will need to be reassessed and/or the problem requires further investigation.
