Provide information to the requestor that will fulfill the requestor's service request.  This may involve sending information to the requestor, stepping through a procedure with the requestor, performing some task for the user, etc.  Care should be taken to avoid performing any service request fulfillment that encroaches upon the duties of other processes or is outside of policy.
