Main Description
Contact between the user and the Support Center is initiated through pre-determined methods, such as a telephone, web interface, facsimile, electronic mail, and walk-up. Contact may be automated. Contacts can include customer queries, calls, incidents, service requests, guidance requests and information requests. Notify the user that the service request has been logged.
