Collect the planning results and consolidate into a comprehensive program for rolling out the release to each site to which the release will be rolled out. The program should include deployment dates and deliverables.  Refer to related change requests, problems, and known errors that are addressed in the deployment program. 

This program includes the specific sequence of events during deployment, assignment of duties to individuals or roles, and remediation plans if the deployment is not successful.

There may be different programs for different sites.
