Main Description

Reject the proposed change and notify the requestor about the rejection. Provide all data and information about why the change was rejected.

The change is rejected because it falls outside of acceptable policy. This may be for a number of reasons, including:

  • The change is unreasonable or impractical
  • The change request does not have enough information to allow assessment
  • The change request is incomplete
  • The requested change is already under consideration

Information should be provided concerning how to appeal the rejection.
