A service review should be a regularly scheduled event. However, this could also be triggered by an exceptional
    event/breach or special need/request.

Identify the scope and content of the review.

Not all Service Achievement items will be reviewed and addressed through a service review. Some may be already explored
and others may not be of a grave importance. Therefore, any items should be identified and the depth or scope should be
defined to limit unreasonable burden on this process.

It is important to develop an agenda for the meeting and publish this in advance such that all the participants should
be prepared to respond or ask questions.

The planning could be a formal meeting, but it might also be an exchange of e-mails or a conference call, the intent is
that the items are reviewed to a satisfactory extent.
