The various states of this work product include:

Assigned - All IT resources required and available to perform the required service.

Recovered - Any IT delivery resources which have been restored to normal (or acceptable) operational
capability as a result of incident resolution.

Released - Resources (tapes, storage devices, networks, LANS, programs, data stores, processors, memory, etc.)
that have been used in the process of performing operational services but are now available for re-assignment to
other work.
