Close the problem record. Communicate closure to stakeholders as needed.
The problem should remain open as long as there are any known possibilities of the original problem occurring. For
example until all servers likely to have the problem are replaced, or all operating systems are upgraded, or all
instances of the application have a fixpack applied. If it is decided not to implement a change to rid the
infrastructure of the problem (a valid choice based on business justification) the problem status needs to be something
other than closed. This will require a change in the flow to by-pass the "close" action.
