Perform a review of the change. Involve the CAB for appropriate changes. The change will have one of the
following outcomes:

The Change has had the desired effect and met its objectives and succeeded.

Users and Customers (stakeholders) are content with the results, or to identify any shortcomings.

There have been no unexpected or undesirable side-effects to functionality, availability, capacity/performance,
security, maintainability etc.

The resources used to implement the Change were as planned.
-
The implementation plan worked correctly (include comments from the implementers).

The Change was implemented on time and to cost.
-
The remediation plan functioned correctly, if needed.
This post-implementation review (PIR) is intended for all changes, but is especially important for major changes.
Check that:

the change met its objectives
-
the customers are happy with the results
-
there have been no unexpected side effects. Any nonconformity should be recorded and action taken
-
lessons learned are passed to the Knowledge Management system as advanced practices
List any actions that should be taken after implementation of the change.
