Responsibilities

• Interfaces with other Systems Management processes as required with respect to asset data
• Is responsible for quality and efficiency of problem resolution where Asset Management expertise is required
• Reviews all asset discrepancies
• Reviews inventory (physical and automated) for variances with AMDB records
• Assesses and provides variance resolution
• Analyzes all variances and makes recommendations to perform inventory
• Associates variances with other process areas and advises appropriate process manager
• Identifies areas of process improvement and communicates to Asset Manager
• Provides assistance to the Asset Management Acquisition Administrator
• Initiates lease return process
• Recommends and initiates end of life on high maintenance assets
