Tool: IBM Tivoli Change and Configuration Management Database

The IBM® Tivoli® Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB) is an integrated productivity tool and database to manage, audit, and coordinate the Change and Configuration Management processes with user interfaces and process flows designed to facilitate cross-silo cooperation. With CCMDB, users can create a change request and manage the life cycle of the change request through completion. Tasks are customized for each activity step in the process and can be assigned to one or more roles within the organization for completion.
