Responsibilities

• Working with the customer to determine the existing Vendor and leasing agreements
• Establishing future supplier and leasing relationships
• Working with the customer to obtain third-party consents
• Working with the customer on generating Letters of Agency and Letters of Consent if required
• Working with the customer on agreements for transferring software licenses, hardware leases, or hardware maintenance if required.
