Responsibilities

Interfaces with representatives from Service Level Management to define Data Management existing and future data
service level objectives.

Communicates, consults, and recommends storage solutions based on data service level requirements.

Designs the storage infrastructure in support of service level requirements

Analyzes storage reports to determine trends and emerging requirements, anticipates future needs and requirements
in order to take proactive actions.

Is responsible for efficient, effective and timely resolution of storage-related incidents and problems.

Ensures the currency and availability of base reference and populated relationship information in the Configuration
Management System (CMS), ensuring compliance to architectural standards for data management resources and
infrastructure

Is responsible for providing resource and infrastructure information needed to populate the CMS with
descriptions of the attributes and relationships of relevant logical and physical configuration items
