For each control specified, design a detailed solution that will enable demonstration of compliance. The detailed controls will usually be procedural, technical or both in nature. Identify the resources, services, and business affected by each control. Identify and weigh the negative impact the controls may have on the resources, services, and the business. Engage stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other interested parties that may enhance the design of the controls.
