Getting Contact Information

TCCM has the ability to create an URL or save documents such as agreements and RFPs and associate them with the supplier or the agreement. For example, suppose you wanted to save the RFP that was associated with the agreement. You could either store the RFP in TCCM or create a pointer to the URL that is storing the RFP. To save the RFP, use the predefined Agreements by Vendor view. Expand a Vendor, click on the agreement that was covered by the RFP and scroll down to the File Attachment property.

Next, click in the File attachments cell and click the dialog button.

A selection dialog appears attached to the cell.
