The IBM® Tivoli® Contract Compliance Manager (TCCM) is used to manage supplier information such as company information,
contact information, contact events, agreements and licenses with the supplier, purchased hardware and purchased
software. TCCM can also manage supplier related documents such as scanned agreements, RFPs, excel worksheets and
presentations.
For example, use the predefined Agreements by Vendor view to display supplier information. Click on a vendor. The
Property Viewer shows information such as supplier address and telephone number; number of agreements and products
associated with the supplier.

To get specific supplier contact information, click on the Contacts cell and click on the dialog button. A list of
supplier contacts is displayed.
Select a supplier contact and click on Properties to get contact information such as telephone number, email and fax
number. In addition, any related events between the supplier and your company such as a telephone conversation minutes
can be accessed.
TCCM has the ability to create an URL or save documents such as agreements and RFPs and associate them with the
supplier or the agreement. For example, suppose you wanted to save the RFP that was associated with the agreement. You
could either store the RFP in TCCM or create a pointer to the URL that is storing the RFP. To save the RFP, use the
predefined Agreements by Vendor view. Expand a Vendor, click on the agreement that was covered by the RFP and scroll
down to the File Attachment property.
Next, click in the File attachments cell and click the dialog button.
A selection dialog appears attached to the cell.
Click the Add button. A file dialog appears. Select the RFP and click the Open button.
The file you selected now appears in the selection dialog. To view the RFP contents, click the Show button. The
contents of the RFP appear in a window that appears behind the selection dialog.
