Details

IBM® Tivoli® Compliance InSight Manager (TCIM) collects, normalizes, and measures events against policy.

Events collected are determined by the audit settings enabled on the device being monitored.

The normalization, referred to as W7, is strong and makes events readable even by non-SMEs.

Exceptions to the policy are reported on and can be alerted to provide input into other workflow, such as ticketing and incident resolution.

Additionally from within the Event Detail Report in TCIM, the user can record the event details into a separate table for historical purposes and assign a number to that event to be related to the external ticketing system. All details of the event are also available for use in an external ticketing system.
