Responsibilities

• Periodically reviewing access lists to either validate continued access or make indicated changes
• Performing security health checks by reviewing and validating privilege accounts
• Reviewing and analyzing requests for completeness
• Contacting the customer for additional information if required
• Modifying requests with additional information
• Implementing identity and access requests
• Handling entitlement failures when users make requests for services for which they are not entitled
• Escalating where appropriate
• Ensuring all implementation tasks are complete
• Updating and filing requests
• Recording all action and status changes
• Obtaining requester concurrence that the request was successfully completed prior to request closure
