Key Considerations

The status of an change may be one of the following:

  • Open - The change request is in the process of being entered for change processing.
  • Accepted - The change request has been accepted as a valid change.
  • Scheduled - The change has been given a firm scheduled date.
  • Assigned - The change has been assigned to a member of IT to own and build.
  • Built - The components of the change package (implementation plans, etc.) have been created, assembled and tested.
  • Implemented - The change has been implemented (either successfully or unsuccessfully).
  • Closed - The change has been completed.
